Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Clear Builders USAplatform (the “Service”) operated by Upturn Technologies LLC. It is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

1. You agree not to

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to violate any law or regulation;
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws;
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful;
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others, or store others’ personal data without a lawful basis;
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service or others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, flooding, or denial-of-service activity;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or build a competing product using the Service except as permitted by law;
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service except as expressly allowed;
• Misuse the AI assistant, including attempts to extract confidential prompts or generate prohibited content.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity in your account and for ensuring your team members and the data you store comply with this AUP and applicable law, including obtaining any consents required to contact your customers by email, SMS, or messaging apps.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Service and its users.

4. Reporting

To report a violation or abuse, contact info@clearbuildersusa.com. We appreciate good-faith reports of security issues; please do not access or alter data that is not yours when reporting.
