Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the Clear Builders USA platform provided by Upturn Technologies LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New businesses receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the Service before paying. If you do not subscribe, paid features simply pause when the trial ends; your data remains available if you subscribe later.
2. Subscription billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or yearly — at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until canceled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page (or the billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features not used. Because we offer a free trial, you can fully evaluate the Service before being charged.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@clearbuildersusa.com within 30 days and we will review it.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is resolved.
